Hi,
this is a bug (filtering customvariables can be rather cumbersome) - could
you open an issue in our devtracker (dev.icinga.org)?
If you need a specific site you can also extend the existing template and
write a custom SQL 'where' clause for it, if you are familiar with SQL.
