menanggapi pertanyaan mas abi mengenai migrasi cds/isis ke linux kami punya pengalaman: - kalau sekedar publish db isis dalam server os linux maka keberadaan igloo sudah menjadi solusi. Tapi igloo hanya publikasi db isis format web. - Untuk running aplikasi cds/isis atau winisis, karena bawaanya memang jalan dlm format dos dan windows maka dialihkan ke dalam os linux tentunya akan memerlukan beberapa modifikasi di linuxnya. - Bisa download isis ver linux tapi saya coba ndak pernah berhasil (ada yang pernah berhasil ?) - Ditempat kami server OS linux di dalamnya kita running netware server. Dengan pola ini maka cds/isis bisa running di client karena client merunning nw server (dos). - Dengan format seperti ini maka kita bisa multi OS yang running di client. Untuk OPAC bisa dengan OS Dos, Windows dan Linux. Untuk Pengolahan dan transaksi lain yang memanfaatkan pascal isis dan isis.dll maka bisa running dengan os windows di tingkat clientnya.
