Maybe the problem is in the ISIS database itself. As you know al files in
Linux/UNIX System is case-sensitive, so CDS.MST and cds.mst is treated
differently.
I suggest you to try to lowercase all ISIS database files (i already try it on
FreeBSD and Ubuntu Linux and it works) like .MST, .FST, .L01, .L02 etc.
You can also read IGLOO source code for connecting to ISIS database in
igloo5_folder/simbio/DB/isis/DB_isis.inc.php.
Hope it will help you. Also don't hesitate to ask to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and
[EMAIL PROTECTED] concerning problem with IGLOO, they are also IGLOO main
developers.
