kalo online, biasanya pihak hosting ngasih username cpanel
dan nama database dan username database ditambah prefix username cpanel
hosting
misalnya
usernamecpanel_dbsenayan
dan
usernamecpanel_userdbsenayan
localhost, tetap, kecuali hosting di tempat gratisan,
password, bebas terserah anda
