Berarti sudah ada program lain yang menggunakan port 80 di komputer anda. Cek kalau apache pernah diinstal, atau yang sejenisnya (xampp, xitami dll), atau bisa juga antivirus. Bisa sebagai program, bisa sebagai service. Matikan program tsb jika ada dan jalankan ulang psenayan.
