Mas Theo, Mohon kalau bertanya agar lebih detail supaya lebih jelas duduk perkaranya. Yang dimaksud dengan "saya pilih untuk forbid (dilarang) pada konfigurasi sistem" itu apa dari konfigurasi sistem yang dirubah?
Saya barusan coba pada stable 14 mengubah konfigurasi pada file sysconfig.inc.php pada baris: $sysconf['allow_pdf_download'] = true; dan saya ubah menjadi $sysconf['allow_pdf_download'] = false; semua berjalan dengan baik. File PDF tidak bisa didownload. Semoga membantu.
