kalau anda punya skype pastikan pilihan portnya tidak menggunakan port 80 dan 443, kemudian dengan command ketik perintah untuk melihat program yang sudah menggunakan port 80 sebagai berikut:
netstat -ano cari tulisan 0.0.0.0:80 bagian akhir ada angka PID dari program yang pakai port 80 tsb kemudian ketik perintah lagi tasklist /fi "pid eq 1420" catatan angka 1420 ganti dengan PID yang diperoleh di perintah sebelumnya. semoga berhasil..
