Hmmmm...... Biasanya sih kalo apache start-nya tidak mau jalan karena kena block dari Firewall-nya mas. Solusinya coba untuk dibuka firewallnya utk ke Apache, ato sekalian aja di-disable firewall-nya. Atau kemungkinan kedua, di komputer itu sudah ada apache yang terinstall dan running, jadinya kalau pake yang portable aka jadi dobel. Solusinya, coba download yang source-nya saja (jangan yg portable).
Mudah2an bisa membantu, mungkin yang lainnya punya solusi yang lebih baik dan lebih aman (terutama mslh firewallnya).
