Happy New Years all By The Way dapet info dari legal librarian di HBT Law Firm bahwa Pemerintah melalui Kementrian Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi No. 83 Tahun 2012 pernah mengeluarkan Standar Kerja Nasional Indonesia sektor Kebudayaan, Hiburan dan Rekreasi Bidang Perpustakaan menjadi Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia. Peraturan tersebut ditetapkan dan berlaku mulai tanggal 4 Mei 2012.
