FRESHMAN ATLANTIC COASTs

REGATTA HIGHLIGHTS:
Saturday: The day started with a 5 knot southeasterly and built to 10 knots
in the afternoon. Courses were gold cups and 4 leg windward/leewards with
gates. No protests were heard, as sailors chose to do their 720s.
Sunday: Postponed until noon when a light southerly filled in. Breeze
eventually built to 7-10 knots. Courses were gold cups and 4 leg
windward/leewards with gates. Several protests were heard resulting in one
DSQ.
Special thanks to judges Joel Hanneman, Whitney Besse, Anne Davidson, and
Sally Walkerman. Also, a very special thank you to Brian Stanford for the
Dartmouth starting box.
*No team representative from Fordham signed the RP form. 20 points per
division have been added to their scores. AC
