THIS SATURDAY, July 22, 2006 will be the 2nd CHIX'S ONLY TEAM RACE REGATTA held at the Tufts Boathouse in supplied Larks. So far we've got about 7 teams registered for the Chix's Only Team Race this weekend at Tufts. An updated competitors list is posted on the website as well as directions to Tufts. http://homepage.mac.com/amanda.callahan/Chix's_Only_TR/index.htm (click refresh if you've already visited the site.)
Even thought the registration deadline past yesterday, WE'VE GOT ROOM FOR MORE if you're interested, especially if you're a skipper, or would like to be one for a day. Please email [EMAIL PROTECTED] ASAP if you are interested in signing up as an individual. We're hoping to get as many ladies team racing as possible. Ladies of all walks of team racing experience are invited to get together for this event just for women. Don't worry if you don't have a team, you will be able to register as a boat, as two boats, or as a team. We will do our best to match people up before the regatta. This one day event is designed to be a fun, learning experience so don't worry if you don't have any team race experience. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. A grill will be available after racing for a BYO Meat BBQ.
