When you are finishing your application for this year's Hinman (which looks to be a fantastic event...the Hinman will be the best team racing practice any college team will ever see, and a heck of a way to kick off your Fall sailing season), and finalizing your practice schedule to prepare for San Diego, don't forget to register for the (1st ever) New York Yacht Club BYO V-15 Team Race Regatta, to be held on August 26-27. Sail off the lawn of the NYYC in Newport, enjoy the BBQ dinner and party Saturday night, learn from great racing and a post-race debrief, and prepare for the Hinman, all for $40 per person.
Entries due Aug 18th...don't be late. http://nyyc.org/gui/nemex_yc888/pageimages/sailingevents/124/NOR%20Fin al.pdf ******************************************************************************* To comply with IRS regulations, we advise you that any discussion of Federal tax issues in this e-mail was not intended or written to be used, and cannot be used by you, (i) to avoid any penalties imposed under the Internal Revenue Code or (ii) to promote, market or recommend to another party any transaction or matter addressed herein.
