As I said in the NOR for sloops we need insurance from each competing team.
The way this will be handled is our club sports director is sending out a
form that will need to be signed by your school business manager to make
sure your club has the schools insurance. In the event that there is a
breakdown the University of Oregon insurance will cover it and be paid back
by the insurance from the visiting teams insurance. Our club sports
directory will be faxing this form to all the business managers from the
schools who have said they are coming. So please respond as soon as you
can, so far only UW and WSU have responded.
