FINAL RESULTS
Saturday: West Wind 5-15 for first A and B sets and very shifty. Breeze
then
slowley died and shifted to the NW and built to 8-15 knots. Still very
shifty.
8 races were sailed in A division and 6 in B division. No protests or
breakdowns were filed. Many thanks to the Yale team for running RC and to
Judges Meredith Killion Yale '05 and Kendra Emhiser Yale '07.
Sunday: Wind began from the North at around eight knots with large lulls and
shifted
drastically throughout the morning before dying in the afternoon. Course
W4's and W'5
were sailed. The wind then built from the South at 12-15 knots with large
choppy waves.
Course W'4's were sailed in the afternoon. There were two protests filed,
resulting
in one being disallowed and one disqualification in Race 10. There were
numerous general
recalls during the day. Thanks to our judges Matt Barry Yale '07, Meredith
Killion Yale '05,
and Kendra Emhiser Yale '07 and for all the Yale Sailors for their help.
