Washington College (MAISA) is accepting applications for a full-time Head Sailing Coach for their nationally ranked varsity sailing team.

Responsibilities: Organize and conduct all practice sessions. Recruit student-athletes, working in conjunction with Sports Information Director, Admissions officers and other college departments. Supervise assistant coaches, coordinate scheduling and transportation for intercollegiate contests, budget monitoring and equipment purchasing. Work directly with Waterfront Director to advance all aspects of the sailing program and assist in the daily operation of the waterfront.

Qualifications: Minimum of four years' experience with intercollegiate dinghy sailing. Have a successful racing background, with good teaching skills relating to racing rules and dinghy racing technique. Working knowledge of computers, including word processing and database software.
