ada yg namanya MarketEnabler.. dulu itu bisa bikin paid apps nongol di Market.. tp akhir2 ini ga lagi.. cuma bisa nongolin beberapa apps yg sblm nya ga ada... Paid Apps bayarnya pake Google Checkout.. n temen gw ktnya pernah nyoba, bisa kok pake CC indonesia.. :)
