Dulu pernah baca artikel, sudah ada Malware di Android, kalo gak salah namanya MemoryUp. Semacam utility, tapi dia malah membaca informasi pribadi pengguna dan mengacak-acak sistem. Gw setuju sama bro Abangkis. Kalau mau install aplikasi, pastikan dulu permissionnya memang sesuai dengan fungsi aplikasinya. Game idealnya tidak akan membutuhkan akses mengirimkan SMS, dll
Dan aplikasi malware itu sendiri menurut gw tidak harus membutuhkan akses root, jadi semua handset Android memiliki resiko yang sama. Kalaupun butuh root, biasanya di ROM seperti Cyan sudah ada aplikasi SuperUser yang ngasi warning kalau ada aplikasi yg butuh akses root. Dengan security model Android yang lebih 'simpel' daripada, katakan Symbian, kita memang harus waspada.
