Coba bantu jawab yah: Sebenar nya XL Unlimited dibuka berdasarkan kesiapan kapasitas network 3G nya XL dan penyebaran nya.
Kebetulan baru dibuka dengan volume terbatas di Jakarta & Medan. Untuk case bro yang di Bandung, mungkin memang penyebaran dan kapasitas network 3G yang belum merata dan cukup mumpuni. Saran saya coba juga paket volume base dengan akses *123# ada beberapa paket layanan disana dan bisa digabung dengan yang kartu internet unlimited yang dimiliki. Semoga penjelasannya bermanfaat yah.
