Semua data masuk itu dihitung kedalam quota FU (fair usage). Cuma gue gak tau juga, outgoing data/upload itu dihitung juga gak?
Jadi kalau mau jelasnya kudu tanya orang operator. Misalnya all traffic data itu masuk ke quota FU, jadi download ama upload semua di jumlah besarannya.
