Kok repot sih? IMHO Bukannya cukup buat folder yg namanya media di sdcard. Sdcard/media/audio/ringtones Dan masukkan file mp3 dkk untuk ringtones.
Kalau untuk notifikasi bikinnya Sdcard/media/audio/notifications Taruh file2 wav, mp3 potongan disana untuk suara gtalk, email, twitter, fb dll disana. Nanti kalau kita set ringtones atau notifications di tiap menu setting program ada tambahan audionya.
