It was hard for me to leave SENSE UI but after a week of Defrost with launcher Pro and Fancy widget (because the htc clock widget was the must have for me), it's now hard for me to come back to SENSE... DJ Droid is not as fast as Defrost and lag a bit, adding Launcher pro doesn't help at all and it lag too. I think the old school A2SD(+) miss and may also help that lag. I think that if Paul play a bit with that rom and kernel it will help having an HTC good rom but at the moment Defrost will be back to my device.
