Mark this down as a definite vague rumor for the moment, but there’s talk<http://www.unthinkable.biz/home/article/985/lg-prada-3-to-run-android-get-sprint-deal>that LG’s next PRADA cellphone might adopt the Android <http://www.slashgear.com/tags/android> OS. The so-called PRADA 3 is expected to have a QWERTY keyboard and touchscreen, and it’s also been suggested that US carrier Sprint will be offering the device. If so, it would make this particular luxury smartphone the first carrying the PRADA name to use CDMA rather than a GSM radio.
It would also be the first time that a PRADA handset would have got a carrier deal in the US; previous models have only been sold SIM-free and unlocked, and usually very expensively.
