Mas Dani, Dikau kan sudah menaruh sdk nya di c:\android-sdk-windows\tools dan sudah menambahkan di environment windows dg direktori tsb juga, apakah dikau sudah masuk ke direktori C:\android-sdk-windows\tools dengan masuk ke command prompt dg mengetikan cd\ terus diikuti dg cd c:\android-sdk-windows\tools ? Disanalah baru melakukan langkah2 selanjutnya dikarenakan seperti fastboot & adb karena file exe ditaruh di lokasi tersebut.
