AFAIK itu adalah cache system os android,tapi yg jelas kalau clear cache baik via recovery atau cachemate,cache masing2 apk ada di direktory /data/data/com.bla.bla misal cache native browser ada di /data/data/com.android.browser/cache.cmiiw
