Betul kata bro Dhaka, pakai huawei aviator saja. HH android murah bisa untuk wifi tether walau belum diroot. Tapi selain huawei aviator, semua hh android setau saya bisa kok wifi tether asal diroot terus install apilikasi wifi tether-nya.
