dari yg gw tau.. SPL itu beda sama ROM.. SPL itu singkatan dari Second Program Loader, nah ROM yang kita pake itu jalannya diatas si SPL ini. Tergantung dari SPL yang kita gunain juga, kita bisa nge-flash NAND image or in short go to fastboot mode.
