ternyata kesalahan terjadi karena : 1. setelah masuk menu yang ada tanda segitiga + tanda seru saya pilih wipe all 2. setelah itu no smart hilang dari mesin 3. masih belom bisa konek ke QPST jadi belom masukin file PRL smart
