saya pernah nih telpon call center untuk reconnection, di tanya macam-macam seperti: lokasi dmn, dari jam berapa bermasalahnya, pake Hp apa, etc. intinya di suruh nunggu maksimal 3x24 jam. mendingan cuci mata ke galery smart kalau disuruh droidnya membisu selama 3x24 jam. sekalian cuci piring *eh
