Kesimpangsiuran berita yang terjadi mengenai Nexus Two saat ini sering diperbincangkan. Beberapa sumber mengatakan Motorola akan membuat device tersebut. Sedangkan sumber lain mengatakan bahwa device tersebut akan dibuat oleh Samsung. Kesimpangsiuran tersebut dijawab oleh Samsung dengan rencana peluncuran device dari Samsung pada 8 November 2010. Sebuah artikel dari Gizmodo mengonfirmasi keberadaan Nexus Two ini. Gizmodo mengatakan bahwa mereka telah bertemu dengan seseorang yang telah memegang Nexus Two. Sumber dari Gizmodo sendiri enggan namanya untuk disebutkan. Namun, ia bersedia membocorkan detail dari Nexus Two. Bentuk dan desain dari Nexus Two tidak berbeda jauh dari Galaxy Spica dan memiliki ketebalan yang hampir sama dengan Spica. Device tersebut memiliki display AMOLED sebesar 4 inci dengan kamera depan. Adanya kamera depan ini mengindikasikan bahwa device tersebut memiliki OS Gingerbread (Android 3.0). Namun, tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwa device tersebut akan diluncurkan dengan Froyo. Selain spesifikasi di atas, belum banyak beredar kabar lain mengenai Nexus Two ini. Untuk memastikan apakah Samsung akan memproduksi Nexus Two atau tidak, kita tunggu bersama hingga pada tanggal 8 November 2010.
