Saya bantu jawab sedikit ya mbak anggia, kalo yg gmail apps delete dari gmail web,pada periode sync berikutnya pasti di handheld juga kehapus, in most cases sih langsung kehapus alias sync time nya singkat bgt. Kalo di htc mail,utamanya yg pop based kalo ga salah sih emang harus dihapus baik di handheld maupun di pc nya,atao bisa juga delete via handheld dengan memilih opsi "delete in mailbox" .Kalo k9, saya ga pake k9 sih soalnya jadi ga bisa bantu jawab ,cmiiw
