Hai. Cuma mau info saya juga mengalami hal yang sama, tapi bukan cuma masalah WiFi <-> 3G handover, GPRS <-> 3G handover jg bisa bikin begitu.
Saya pakai ISAT Matrix, build 6267 (donut), kadang mengalami hal ini walau jarang. Nah kalo lagi ngadat, biasanya mau aktif lagi 3g nya dengan cara on-off flight mode atau enable-disable data, tapi kadang tetep harus dimatiin total dulu. Kalo saya liat2 sih masalah bug di basebandnya aja (punya saya GAUSB1A111100-EU). Kemungkinan besar kalau udah ada update nya, bug kayak gini hilang.
