Bro Iwan,

Setahu saya, biasanya milis cs di operator ataupun ISP itu berisi
email2 anggota/tim CS nya. Jadi ada kemungkinan yg penuh adalah salah
satu mailbox dari tim CS mereka. Seharusnya anggota CS lainnya
menerima emai dari Anda.
