Coba di matikan dulu. Dlm posisi mati tekan home+volume up+tombol power secara bersamaan. Lalu coba di wipe devicenya.
Dulu pernah ngalamin waktu upgrade firmware standart ke yg baru, n problem solve setelah di wipe :p. Semoga membantu.
