Udah coba pake port atau kabel lain blom? Kalo ga coba loe cek settingan power management atau USB di BIOS, barangkali power outputnya dikecilin Secara teoritis utk USB output normal di USB PC bisa dapet 500-750mA output jadi kalau charger bawaan outputnya masih dalam kisaran itu harusnya ga muncul masalah layar flicker
