One of the biggest complaints about the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 was its lack of multi-touch support, which is pretty much a standard feature in decent smartphones nowadays. Well, Sony has learned from their mistakes, and has given the upcoming Xperia Arc not 1, not 2, but over 10 points of multi-touch. This is all possible thanks to the Arc’s Cypress TrueTouch All-Point digitizer, which is capable of up to 32 X/Y sensor inputs.
Obviously 32 is a lot greater than 10, but unless you have three people all clamoring around your phone with their grubby fingers it’s probably easier to just call it 10-point multi-touch. Regardless of what you call it, this is great news for the Arc and a good sign that Sony is learning from their mistakes with the previous members of the Xperia line http://www.talkandroid.com/27026-sony-ericsson-xperia-arc-to-support-ten-point-multi-touch/ /G3/ Intrude with Liberated -- =============== "Indonesian Android Community [id-android]" HTC Android Phone with HTC Sense and HTCsense.com http://www.htc.com/DesireHD/ --------------------- ID Android Developer http://groups.google.com/group/id-android-dev --------------------- Toko Gila Original Surabaya Email: [email protected] Ph.
