(prefered OS Window$ XP). lalu matikan antivirus dan firewall. 4. masuk ke emergency mode (tekan dan tahan tombol vol. up dan back, lalu tekan tombol power. biarkan hingga masuk emergency mode) 5. sambungkan ke laptop. 6. jalankan kdz updater. (tingkat keberhasilan akan lebih tinggi jika file upgrade berada 1 folder dengan kdz updater, dan ada pada drive C:/namafoldertanpaspasi di laptop anda) 7. jangan lupa berdo'a
