ME = Market Enabler MA = Market Access Fungsinya sama supaya ngga kita bisa donlot aplikasi2 yang blm diaktifin sama google buat operator2 indonesia. Kalo blm punya MA atau ME, cari dulu di market tapi wajib root buat jalanin kedua aplikasi itu.
