Hh dah canggih2 sudah pasti regulator dan proteksi nya untk charging mencarging sudah ok. Tandanya kalau charging sudah penuh dan regulator sudah memerintahkan stop charging adalah chargernya dingin. Battery yg harus sangat hati nge charge nya ( yg saya tau ) adalah tipe nicad karena ada memory effect yg akan memberikan indikasi penuh padahal blm benar2, mengikuti atau mengingat jumlah amperehour pada charging sebelumnya. Makanya battery tipe ini harus bener bener habis baru di charge. Cmiiw
