Saya juga dulu pernah gitu.
Coba cek md5 sum nya dulu, biasanya ga sama alias corrupt file nya.
Memang bisa ter install sampai selesai, tapi pas giliran boot,
stuck di splash screen gitu.

Sebelumnya gw pake Leedroid 2.4 (dan pas upgrade, gw full wipe)
Kondisi sekarang..
Setelah Upgrade selesai, Stuck di booting menu (tulisan HTC
ijo dengan begron putih).. sudah lebih dari 15 menit.
Gw menggunakan memory card 16 gb (1500mb ext3, 0m Swap.
sisanya fat32)
Gw udah update radio juga, sesuai rekomendasi dari web.
Kira kira, ada yang salah dimana ya? Padahal kelar upgrade,
ada informasi complete..
ANyway, thx atas info nya ya suhu..
