sepengalaman saya dns akan balik ke setingan operator kalo ada pergantian koneksi data, misalnya dari H tiba2 ke E atau 3G selama anteng di H atau E atau 3G dnsnya ndak akan ganti sendiri :) silahkan gunakan scripts sperti sl4a (http://code.google.com/p/android-scripting/) atau yang lainnya untuk mengakali kalau tiba2 gak bisa browsing (porn) lagi bisa langsung cepat tanpa ganti manual satu2 silahkan perhatikan value net.dnschange sepertinya itu adalah jumlah sudah berapa kali dnsnya berganti
