Uda coba add dari youtube apps nya? SOL

tapi apa daya, waktu mesti add google account kok gak bisa-bisa ya,
message error nya : cant establish a reliable data connection to the
server.
padahal internet sudah connect, sudah coba browsing, youtube, jalan
lancar jaya..
udah coba pakai wifi, pake 3g, udah reset factory data, sudah masuk
recovery mode dan wipe user data,
masih tetap tidak bisa,
ada apa gerangan?
apa mungkin pengaruh ROM?
saya sertakan capture screen status rom dan lainnya ya..
mohon bantuan suhu dan suhi sekalian di sini...
