Mungkin maksudnya I/O = sequential write/read sedangkan IOps = random write/read. Memang setau saya paramater buat storage weightingnya lebih bagus yg random daripada yg sequential. Sequential write/read itu biasanya saat copy file besar, sedangkan random operasi lain seperti seek, open execute, dll.
