saya umpamakan seperti saluran air di jakarta sebagus apapun di bikin kalau masyarakatny masih buang sampah sembarangan ke sungai pasti ujung-ujungnya banjir juga (sapa yang salah kalau gitu), atau sebesar apapun jalan atau sehebat apapun sistem pengaturan lalu lintas tapi pengemudinya masih seenak udelnya berkendara atau tidak mematuhi peraturan lalu lintas pasti ujung-ujungnya macet juga. yah kita saling menjaga saja jangan terlalu berlebih-lebihan dalam pemakaian.
