Turut berduka, saran saya segera ke LG mumpung produk masih tergolong baru jadi mudah2an spare part banyak tersedia. . .
Pengalaman saya : kemarin ada costumer lcd dell streak nya bocor karena tertekan kunci di dalam saku, lalu bawa ke service center u/ penggantian lcd, awal nya sudah setuju u/ diganti lcd seharga 2,25jt karena kondisi mesin dan yang lain nya fine2 aja, kenyataan nya ? Setelah satu minggu saya di info bahwa mesin juga harus diganti karena ada kerusakan juga, nah loh ? Rusak kenapa mba ? Kata teknisi pusat nya begitu mas, jadi total biaya 3,2jt atau kita tidak bisa kalau hanya ganti lcd, lah rusak nya apa mba ? Kata teknisi pusat begitu mas, hahaha yo wes dah, daripada itu barang ga jelas ga dikerjain dan saya diuber tgg jwb moral ke costumer, hasil nya mau tak mau saya mengganti selisih nya karena memang tak masuk akal kok mesin diganti juga, orang sbelum masuk service saya pakai ga ada masalah. #kok jadi saya yang curhat yah ?
