Imho, pembagian hi-end, mid, dan entry level dari vendornya deh. Contoh utk Arc itu di SE udah masuk hi end tp klo dibandingin sama SGS I secara global (utk di Indo, krn SGS II di Indo blm msk) maka bisa jadi ga sesuai krn SGS I klo di Indo masih masuk hi end juga, tp globally SGS I itu life cycle productnya udh mau habis..klo di BCG Matrix (Boston Consultation Group matrix) udh masuk kategori "Dog" yg artinya udah wktya peremajaan. Maka globally, muncullah SGS II (yg di Indo SGS I masih dianggap produk hi end samsung, klo di matrix BCG masih dianggap "star" atau malah udah "cash cow" atau penghasil duit utk Samsung). Imho, SGS I masuk kategori "cash cow" sih krn org2 msh byk pake krn tu produk yg "agak" nampol iPhone4. Utk kategori "star" sndri di Samsung mungkin bisa Nexus S. Krn doi produk terbaru dgn spek tercanggih di Samsung Indo.
Therefore, klo penentuan high end, mid level, entry level ane merujuk ke vendornya masing2 (produsennya).
