Pengalaman saya dengan service LG juga mantab. LG optimus one saya jatuh dari meja, speakernya jadi rusak. jadi hp bisu nga ada suaranya. Kemudian saya bawa ke service center LG malah diganti unit baru. Padahal kesalahan saya sebagai user, dan bekas jatuh juga keliatan ada baret lubang2 kecil. Salut untuk service LG.
