Solusi awal, coba kontak CS, minta di cek disistem mereka Apa layanan callbarring nya aktif? Atau fitur sejenisnya,misal call forwarding... Terutama jika sebelumnya gak ada masalah.
Kalo mentok, terpaksa re-inject ulang..
