Kalau di Tangerang saya kurang tau, di Jakarta ada beberapa cabang resmi JNE Dan pengalaman saya kalau cabang resmi (bukan agen) mereka melayani pengambilan brg disana walaupun hari libur asalkan sudah konfirmasi lebih dahulu
