HTC jelas takut ditinggal buyer nya di UK, mengingat UK adalah salah satu sumber kesuksesan HTC dimana handset htc laku keras disini. Umur setahun gak dapat update pasti bikin ngambek customer karena rata rata kontrak yang dibutuhkan untuk memperoleh handset HTC di UK adalah 18 bulan, jadi setidaknya mereka dapet update sampai 18 bulan dan waktunya beli handset baru atau free upgrade ke handset baru.
