Harus di unroot dulu, kalo masih root ada kemungkinan kena problem. Berdasarkan pengalaman bila dalam kondisi root sewaktu di update data2nya (aplikasi dll) ikut terhapus. Kalau masih belum root/sudah unroot, setelah update data2nya (aplikasi2) masih ada, jadi gak perlu install2 lagi. Memang disarankan kalo update via Kies ini jangan yg udah custom ROM/, harus bener2 konfigurasi asli dari samsung.
